There are two airports that you can fly into: 1) DFW - approximately 30 minutes away from Dallas and 40 from McKinney. This is American's hub. 2) Lovefield (LOVE) - approximately 10 minutes away from Dallas and 40 to McKinney. This is Southwest's hub.

It is about 30-45 min east of McKinney and 1 hour northeast of downtown Dallas.

Cocktail attire. Most of the grounds are paved but there are a couple spots with gravel, so ladies, you may want thicker heels to make it easier to walk in.

Yes, the DFW area is extremely large and while uber and lyft are very present within the city limits, relying on them to get to and from the wedding venue would be a challenge. There is ample parking at the venue itself and to enjoy all DFW has to offer, we recommend getting a rental car.
